Mud Bay App
Our free mobile app connects pet owners to their in-store purchase history, tracks reward progress for Frequent Buyer programs and allows Mud Bay shoppers to manage their personal and pet profiles. The app is also a fast and easy way to check gift card balance, locate a nearby Mud Bay store, or get in touch with our customer support team.
Joining is easy:
1) Download the Mud Bay app and create a new account.
2) Enter the phone number you use for in-store checkout to verify your store profile and link it to your app account.
That’s it!
Your Mud Bay app account will be connected to in-store purchase history, frequent buyer cards, and pet profiles (Mud Bay app accounts and in-store profiles are separate from MudBay.com accounts for online purchases). Contact us for login assistance if you’re using to set up your new Mud Bay app account.

Frequent Buyer Program
Saving on your pet’s favorites has never been easier! During your next visit to your local Mud Bay store, look for our Frequent Buyer tags in front of participating brands. Earn rewards for your qualified in-store purchases by providing your phone number at checkout.
Once you’ve earned a reward, you can redeem it on your next visit to any Mud Bay store. If you already use your phone number at checkout, you are automatically enrolled in our digital Frequent Buyer program.
