Mud Bay News |  April 9, 2020

We’re so excited to let you know Mud Bay has started a delivery program in Thurston County. For seven lucky zip codes, we’ll offer free delivery for any order that is at least $30 to your door within the next business day. We’ll also be offering delivery for orders less than $30 for a $5 fee.

If you’re interested, here’s how it works:

  1. Make sure you’re in our delivery area. For now, we’re only able to deliver in the following zip codes: 98501, 98502, 98503, 98506, 98512, 98513 & 98516.
  2. Browse our online catalog to find most products you’d find at your local Mud Bay store, and select the store closest to you.
  3. Make your selections and place your online order on our website
  4. Wait for your delivery to arrive the next business day! You’ll get an email when your delivery is ready to be delivered. If you’ve ordered any frozen foods or treats, we’ll call to schedule a delivery time.
  5. Retrieve your delivery waiting at your door! Check your inbox for an email confirming your delivery has arrived, and the opportunity to give us feedback about our delivery process.

We’re also happy to announce that you can order online for curbside pickup at any one of our Thurston County stores. Just place your online order on our website and wait for our confirmation email letting you know your order is ready. Then, when you arrive at your chosen store, just give us a call and we’ll deliver your order to your car.

We’re delighted to offer these additional options to our Thurston County residents, and we hope to expand these options to other areas soon. To stay up-to-date on all your shopping options, no matter where you live, visit our 5 Ways to Shop With Us page.
