Order Online for Same-Day Curbside Pickup in Portland

Free Service Available at All Oregon Mud Bays and Vancouver, WA

We’re delighted that starting today all our customers in Oregon and Vancouver, Washington, can place their curbside pickup order online at their local store. While all our stores remain open, some of our customers prefer this free service for its speed and simplicity.

For those of you haven’t used our curbside pickup service, here’s how it works:

  1. Visit our online catalog to find the products you want. Nearly 95 percent of all the products we sell and stock in our stores available on our online catalog.
  2. Add the items to your shopping cart and check out online. Or call 888-426-8339 during regular store hours to place the order with a Muddy, if you prefer!
  3. Wait for an email–or call if you called one of our stores to place the order–to let you know that your order is ready. Most orders are ready in two hours. If you order after business hours or within an hour before closing, you can expect your order the next day we’re open.
  4. Drive to the store where you placed your order, and call the local store when you’re in our parking lot.
  5. We’ll come out to your vehicle and load your purchases, so you can be on your way.

Not sure what you regularly buy? A Muddy can look up your purchase history with your phone number if you’ve been logging your purchases with us. If you don’t currently track your purchases, we can still help you find the right food or product over the phone. Just give us a call at 888-426-8339 and we’d be happy to help!
