Bring it back and we’ll make it right. We’re happy to offer refunds or exchanges for any products that we sell that didn’t meet your dog or cat’s needs.

We happily welcome leashed pets into any Mud Bay. In fact, many Muddies consider pets visiting our stores to be one of the best parts of our jobs!

We do! Right now, you can buy gift cards and our Mud Bay branded products directly from us on our website.

We do sell gift cards in denominations of $25 to $200 with free shipping. Look at our gift card page for more information or to order one for the four-legged friend in your life!

We partner with different manufacturers to offer Mud Bay specific products. While these products only represent a fraction of the products you’ll find at Mud Bay, we’re always looking for opportunities to create unique products at an excellent price point.
