Since 2002, Mud Bay has been partnering with local animal shelters to provide educational information to newly adopted dogs and cats to start their new life in a happy and healthy way. Every dog or cat adopted from one of our partner shelters, is sent home with a copy of our Healthy Guide for Dogs or Cats, and coupons for $20.00 of free food and a coupon for free litter or a pound of bulk biscuits. When these coupons are used at any Mud Bay location, Mud Bay makes a donation to the shelter from which the animal was adopted.

Please use the form below to let us know if you need additional Mud Bay Shelter Partner coupons. Coupons are shipped automatically on the 26th of the first month of each quarter (Jan, April, July, Oct).
